Endeavor's niche is land development and ground up construction of new single-family homes and townhomes in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country.
Our mission is to leverage our network to sourse the best off-market property deals and utilize our expertise to build cost efficiently.
Endeavor's Build-to-Sell strategy allows for a continuous cycle of construction starts and divestment of properties upon completion. These properties are sold to either investors or individual homeowners.

A native of San Diego, CA, Melissa has a degree in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from Coleman College. She is also the Founder and President of Quantum Installation Group, a national commercial general contractor building for major chain retailers.
